摘要
通过研究大孔树脂对车前草多酚的吸附特性,找出适合于车前草多酚分离纯化的条件。结果显示,当初使样品的车前草多酚浓度为3.07%,供试液的车前草多酚含量为3.972 mg/mL,以3 BV/h速度上样,吸附时间为2 h,30%乙醇作为洗脱剂,洗脱速度为4 BV/h,车前草多酚纯度可达17.36%。
By studying the characteristics of adsoubing plantago asiatica polyphenol with resin,the optimum conditions for separating and purifying plantago asiatiea polyphenol were obtained.The results showed that when the purity of plantago asiatica polyphenol of initial sample is 3.07 %, the content of plantago asiatica polyphenol the test concentration is 3.972 mg/mL,with 3 BV/h as feeding rate and 2 h as adsorption time;the optimum desorption conditions are elute-ethano concentration 30 %, elution rate 4 BV/h. The purity of plantago asiatica polyphenol can be up to 17.36 %.
