摘要
根据乳酸菌的16S rDNA基因序列设计嗜酸乳杆菌种特异性引物,应用种特异性PCR和实时荧光定量PCR反应,通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳图谱和实时荧光定量PCR图谱分析,建立快速、准确地检测发酵乳中L.acidophilus的定量和定性方法。
According to 16S rDNA gene sequence of lactic acid bacteria,the species-specific primer of L. acidophilus was designed and used to carry out PCR and fluorescent quantitative Real -Time PCR. Through analyzing the electrophoretic pattern and the curve of RT-PCR, a rapid qualitative and quantitative method for the detection of Lactobacillus rhamnos us in the fermented milk was established.
