摘要
探讨应用放射免疫法检测蜂蜜中四环素类抗生素残留,建立快速筛选方法,确定样品处理;按照GB 14963-2003《蜂蜜卫生标准》中对四环素类抗生素残留要求确定控制点设定的方法。用LC-MS(液相色谱质谱)法验证放射免疫分析法筛选的样品,符合率达100%,且该方法特异性强,与氯霉素、红霉素、链霉素、青霉素G、磺胺嘧啶等其它族抗生素无交叉反应。因此,该法能达到检测蜂蜜中四环素类抗生素残留的要求。
To discuss the application of Radioimmunoassay can detect total multi-tetracyclines residues in Honey samples, find out a rapid filter way. Determine the detection of sample preparation method of setting; according to tetracycline antibiotics residues of GB 14963 -2003〈Hygienic standard for honey〉 ,establish the way of set control point. The result of Charm II radioimmunoassay was established by the LC-MS method,The accordable rate is 100 %. There were no cross-reactions with chlorampheni,streptomycin,penicillin G, sulfadiazine and other antibiotics. This method can be used for deter mination of tetracycline antibiotics residues in Honey.
