摘要
本方法相对于国家标准做了一系列改进,将食品样品经正己烷净化后,用氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测。该方法可准确测定食品中的甜蜜素且有很好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999 5,最低检出浓度为4 mg/kg,回收率为93%~104%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6%~4.7%可用于食品中甜蜜素的检测。
In this method, compared with the national standard,pre-treatment was improved. Food samples were purified by hexane and then detected by hydrogen flame ionization. Cyclamate could be accurately determined in food and there was a good linear correlation coefficient greater than 0.999 5, the lowest detection limit was 4 mg/kg, the average recovery was 93 %-104 %, relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.6 %-4.7 %. So this method can be used for food detection of cyclamate.
