摘要
以甜茶根为原料,经提取、溶剂萃取、重结晶等手段,得到鞣花酸晶体;对甜茶中鞣花酸进行抗过敏的研究。通过多种致敏动物模型实验证实,鞣花酸能显著降低被动皮肤过敏小鼠皮肤蓝斑的光密度值;以及能明显拮抗过敏介质组织胺所致的小鼠毛细血管通透性增加;明显抑制二硝基氯苯所致迟发型皮肤过敏反应;抑制磷酸组织胺引起的豚鼠致痒反应。结果表明,鞣花酸抗过敏作用很强。这是首次从甜茶中分出具有抗过敏活性的单体。
The ellagic acid was extracted and purified form Rubuso Suavissimus S. Lee by solvent extraction and recrystallization, and the anti-allergy effect was researched. Ellagic acid of Rubus Suavissimus S. Lee were confirmed through a variety experiment of animal model that they can significantly reduce the blue plaque' s optical density value of the passive skin allergy of mice. And inhibit the increase of miee's capillary permeability by histamine; Inhibit the skin delayed allergy which caused by dinitrochlorobenzene; Inhibit the itch skin of guinea pig which caused by histamine. The results showed that ellagic acid has strong anti-allergy effect, and it was the first time that separated an anti-allergic activity of monomer from Rubus Suavissimus S. Lee.
