雷公藤内酯醇靶蛋白及其药理机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 雷公藤是中国的传统中药,其活性单体有数十种,而内酯醇(triptolide,TPL)是其中最重要的活性单体之一。TPL是从雷公藤中分离得到的二萜类三环氧内酯化合物,分子式为C20H24O6,相对分子质量360.39[1]。TPL与靶蛋白结合后通过多种途径发挥强大的抗炎、抗肿瘤、免疫抑制及抗生育等作用,
