摘要
介绍了热致液晶芳香族聚酯的合成方法,综述了聚酯液晶纤维的纺丝成形、热处理及工艺条件对纤维性能的影响,以及通过差示扫描量热仪、纤维强力仪等对聚芳酯液晶纤维与热处理后的纤维性能分析。
The synthesis method of thermotropic liquid-crystalline aromatic polyester was introduced. The effects of formation, heat-treatment and process conditions on the performance of LCP fiber were summarized. The thermal properties of LCP fiber were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the mechanical properties were tested by the fiber tensile tester.
