摘要
微格教学的评价是一个多目标多层次的复杂的过程,文章用层次分析法构建了一个微格教学评价体系,用举例的方法对其中的评价指标进行量化计算.实践证明,用层次分析法可以科学、高效、全面地对微格教学作出评价.
Micro-teaching evaluation is a multi-objective,multi-level and complex process,a micro-teaching evaluation system is formed by using the AHP method,and using examples to make the quantitative calculation for some evaluation factors.Practice has proved that using AHP method can be scientific,efficient,comprehensive ground on Micro-teaching evaluation.
