台湾职业教育体系与校园文化的特征及其启示

The Characteristics of Campus Culture and the Enlightenment of Taiwan Vocational Education System

台湾职业教育比较成熟,其教育体系在办学主体、培养目标、师资水平、专业实践、技术创新、课程设置、校企合作和教学投入等方面体现出了自身的鲜明特征,其校园文化彰显了儒家文化与职业文化相融合的职业人文特色。台湾职业教育的诸多特征启示我们:发展职业教育必须深化校企合作、加大教师培养和管理力度、培养学生的竞技精神和创新能力、重视校园文化建设、加强国内外教育交流与合作等。

The vocational education of Taiwan is more mature,the education system in the main body,the training goal,the teachers level,professional practice,technology innovation,curriculum setting,cooperation between colleges and enterprises and teaching investment reflects its own distinct characteristics,its campus culture reveals the Confucian culture and professional integration of culture of vocational humanistic characteristics.The characteristics of Taiwan＇s vocational education tell us： the development of vocational education must deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,increase the teacher＇s training and management,the cultivation of students＇ creative and innovation ability,emphasizing the campus culture construction,strengthen domestic and international education exchange and cooperation.
