Because of the great importance the party and government attach to,the ＂SAN nong＂ construction have made remarkable achievements in recent years,but it still faces many challenges and crisis,the temporary shortage of agriculture technique talents in villages and towns is one of the most serious problems,it certainly will seriously affect agricultural technology promotion and agricultural production and quality of ascension.If it is not processed well.So governments at all levels must attach high attention to the construction of agriculture technique talents team,thus establishing long-effect mechanism,to ensure agriculture technique talents＇ team construction and stability.
