摘要
应用故障模式及影响分析(简称FMEA)方法对飞机副翼感觉定中机构进行故障分析。通过对故障对于系统各个层次影响的深入分析,评价系统故障的严重度、故障率、不易探测度等,得出危险优先数,从而对故障模式进行量化评估,最终根据分析结果提出相应的应对建议和改进措施。
This article uses the failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA) method to the failure of aileronfeel and centering unit.Failure at all levels of the system in-depth analysis,the severity of system failure,failure rate,difficult to detect,such as come to the risk priority number to which quantitative assessment of failure modes,the final results of the analysis put forward appropriate recommendations and improvements.
