摘要
"中发〔2011〕5号文"就推进事业单位分类改革做了全国性的整体部署。国有地勘单位的分类改革必须要尊重地质工作客观规律,重视地勘行业的特殊性,结合经济社会需要和地勘单位实际,积极探索、因地制宜、科学布局,稳步推进改革。结合当前贵州省经济发展现状和地质工作的特殊性,对国有地勘改革与发展建议如下:(1)希望国土资源部对国有地勘单位改革提出指导意见;(2)希望省政府积极协调改革过程中出现的各类问题,确保改革的顺利推进。
This paper argues that the objective laws of geological work must be hold by in classification reform of state-owned geological prospecting units.At the same time,we should place great emphasis on the specificity of geological prospecting industry.In accordance with the need of economic and social development and practical situation,we will actively explore,act according to circumstances and scientific way with a view to steadily advancing reform.Moreover,this paper proposes that Ministry of Land and Resources should provide guidance for the reform,and the government at the provincial level should tackle the various issues occurred in the course of reform so as to ensure the smooth progress of the reform.
