研究了两种不同材质超滤膜处理饮用水的综合性能。结果表明,聚醚砜(PES)膜对CODMn及TOC的去除效果优于聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜;PES与PVDF膜对浊度的去除效果相差不大,大部分出水浊度小于0.10 NTU;PES和PVDF膜对UV254无去除效果;PVDF膜比PES膜的跨膜压差高15%左右,且抗污性能比PES膜强,其电耗水平比PES膜高50%左右。
The comprehensive performance of two types of UF membrane for drinking water was compared. The results showed that the removal effects of CODMn and TOC by polyethersulfone (PES) membrane were superior to polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane. A little difference existed between PES membrane and PVDF membrane for the removal of turbidity, and most outflow turbidity were less than 0.10 NTU for both. PES membrane and PVDF membrane had no removal effect on UV254. TMP of PVDF membrane was about 15% greater than PES membrane. The anti-fouling performance of PVDF membrane was better than PES membrane, and power consumption of PVDF membrane was about 50% more than PES membrane.
