浸种方式对短葶山麦冬种子萌发的影响

摘要 以短葶山麦冬为试验材料,研究了不同浸种方式对其种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明:浸种温度和GA3是影响短葶山麦冬种子发芽的主要因素。用1000 mg.L-1GA3浸泡短葶山麦冬种子8 h,再用50℃温水浸泡15 min催芽效果最好,可使种子的发芽率提高到80%左右,并且种子发芽快而整齐。 L/dope muscari ( Desne. ) Bailey seeds were taken as the test materials to investigate the effects of different soaking meth- ods on the germination characters. Soaking temperature and glbbere]lin were the major factors affecting the germination of L muscari seeds. The ideal germination was brought about when the seeds were soaked with 1000 mg · L^-1 gibberellin for 8 hours followed by a 15 minutes soaking in the water at SO ~C. In that treatment 80% of germination, rapid and neat sprouting were xcallzed.
