摘要
为解决传统X波段信号源体积大、价格高等问题,设计实现了一种低成本的X波段窄带信号源。它利用微波场效应管S参数与其直流偏置有关的特性,通过适当改变后级场效应管的直流偏置以改变振荡回路的谐振频率,以此实现信号源的窄带调谐。该信号源具有结构简单、体积小、成本低等特点,能够满足实验教学和一般工程应用,为微波实验设备的成本控制提供了可能。
This paper introduces a low-cost implementation method for narrow X-band signal source. The source has a simple structure, small size, and low cost to meet the reguirements for experimental teaching and general engineering applications. It is an effective solution to the traditional X- band signal source volume, higher price, and provides for the cost control of microwave laboratory equipment. It uses microwave FET's S-parameters to their DC bias on the characteristics, to change the resonant frequency of the oscillation circuit by changing the DC offset of the post-stage PET. The design method is versatile, able to guide the design of microwave circuit with the promotion of significance.
