Counsellor teams in colleges are the workers in the front line in charge of ideological and political education of college students. From the perspective of ecology and psychology, the paper explores the way of the construction of the professionalization of counsellor teams in colleges from such four aspects,such as duty system, training system, training system and security system of counsellors based on the notion of school - based training and development.
