浅析现代大学制度下我国高校内部治理结构

On the Inner Management Structure of Colleges and Universities under the Modern University System

现代大学制度是一个复杂的系统,主要分为政府对大学的管理制度、社会在大学中的参与制度和高校内部的治理制度。目前我国高校内部治理结构存在行政权力泛化、党政不分等弊端,需从平衡学术权力与行政权力的关系、建立健全大学章程等方面入手,不断完善我国高校内部治理结构。

The modem university system is a complex system. It can be divided into three parts： the management system from government to universities, social participation in the university system and the internal management structure. There are some disadvantages of the inner management structure of Chinese universities, such as abused administrative power, lack of the distinction between the Party and the management. We should make the balance between academic power and administrative power, establish and kn- prove the university statutes, and so on to continuously promote the improvement of the internal management structure of colleges and universities in our country.
