摘要 电主轴是高速数控机床的核心部件,机床加工过程中电主轴的跳动和振动直接影响到产品的加工精度和电主轴的寿命,故对电主轴的振动状态分析尤为重要。基于传递矩阵,用普劳尔迭代计算了KD2570-E电主轴临界转速,分析了机床工作过程中引发电主轴机械振动的主要原因,并提出了相应减小振动的对策。 Electric spindle is the key cormponent of high speed CNC machine tools. During the process of machining, electric spindle pulsation and vabration directly affect the product machining accuracy and the life of electric spindle, thus it is particularly important to ana- lyze the electric spindle vibration condition. Based on transition matrix method, the essay calculates the critical speed of KD2570- E electric spindle by Prohl iteration, analyses the main reason induced electric Spindle mechanical vibration during the working process of the machine tool, and provides countermeasures for reducing vibration.
