摘要
以曲轴零件为研究对象,应用UG进行零件的三维造型,通过中间格式IGS导入ANSYS中建立有限元分析模型,对曲轴零件的网格划分和载荷施加做了详细的说明并求解。通过结果显示,分析了曲轴零件的变形和应力分布情况,为曲轴的失效分析和优化设计提供依据。
The crankshaft parts as the research object, adopting the three - dimensional modeling of the application of UG parts into ANSYS finite element analysis model, the paper gives a detailed description and the solution of the intermediate format IGS crankshaft parts meshing and load application. Based on the results, the paper analyzes the crankshaft parts deformation and stress distribu- tion, and provides the reference for the crankshaft failure analysis and design optimization.
