常州科教城的建设是为了培养更多的有用人才,促进区域经济的发展,其体育文化建设显得尤为重要。科教城体育文化构建的指导思想应是以政府为主导,通过高校间体育文化互动交流,做到资源共享,优势互补,并提出科教城体育文化构建的相关策略,不断加强科教城体育物质文化、体育制度文化以及体育精神文化建设。

The construction of Changzhou Science and Education Town is to cultivate more talents and promote the development of regional economies. Therefore, there is no doubt that the sports cultural construction is particularly important. The guiding ideology of con- structing sports culture in Changzhou Science and Education Town should be government-led. To achieve resource sharing and complementary advantages, the interaction of the sports culture in the colleges and universities is necessary. It also proposes some strategies to strengthen the construction of sports material culture, sports institutional culture and sports spiriitual culture.
