摘要
电力工程造价的控制和管理是电力基本建设投资管理的重要内容。从输变电工程建设的实际情况出发,对输变电工程造价超支等方面存在的问题进行分析,提出一些应对措施和建议,为今后的工程造价控制与管理提供一些参考。
The cost control and management of power projects is very important to the investment management of power basic construction. To start from actual conditions, the paper analyses the problems of cost overruns in power transmission and transformation projects, and proposes some solution measures and suggestions for future project cost control and management.
