电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定碳酸饮料中的5种重金属元素 被引量:4

摘要 建立一种超声处理、电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定碳酸饮料中铬、砷、镉、汞、铅的方法。该方法检出限为0.001~0.007μg/L,加标回收率为86.5%~106.1%,变异系数(RSD,n=6)为0.76%~8.41%,测定结果满足分析要求。 Determination of five heavy metal elements with ultrasonic processing and ICP-MS was established, including chromium, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and lead. The detection limit of the method is 0.001-0.007 μg/L, the marked recovery rate is 86.5%-106.1%, coefficient of variation (RSD, n=6) is 0.76%-8.41%, which shows that the determined results meet the requirement for analysis.
