Progress on Prevention and Control Techniques of Classical Swine Fever

摘要 对我国猪瘟病毒分子流行病学、信息系统的建立、猪瘟系列诊断新技术、猪瘟病毒致病机制及标记疫苗和猪瘟净化策略等方面进行了系统研究和阐述,取得了突破性研究进展,从理论和实践两方面证明我国现阶段在规模化猪场或部分地区是可以实现猪瘟的净化。 This review covers a series of research of classical swine fever(CSF) on molecular epidemiology and information system,diagnosis techniques,pathogenesis,marker vaccine and eradication strategies.All of these progresses prove that it is possible to eradication CSF in large-scale pig farms and parts of China.
