海洋环境新闻传播模式及关联问题探究——基于拉斯韦尔传播过程模式的分析

A Research on News Transmitting Model and Its Relevance of Marine Environment——Based on the Analysis of Lasswell's Transmitting Model

对海洋资源的开发利用不可避免地对海洋环境和生态带来较大的冲击,作为时代的瞭望者与和谐社会的守护者,新闻媒体应该对海洋环境保持更多的关注。理解海洋新闻传播的过程及其涉及的各个要素,拉斯韦尔传播过程模式是一个可借鉴的模式。在海洋环境新闻传播过程中,究竟是哪些因素起到决定性的作用,议程设置理论为寻找问题的答案提供了理论依据。对海洋环境设置更多的议程,同时把对海洋环境问题的关注放到与经济开发同等重要的位置这种意识落实在新闻报道的实践中,且与政府、社会公众联合并保持良好的互动,这是新闻媒体应当努力的方向。

News media, as the protector of harmonious society and looker of the times, should pay more attention to the ma-rine environment since the exploration and utilization of marine resources is inevitable to bring greater impact to the environment and ecology. In order to understand the process of marine news transmitting model and the elements involved in it, Lasswell＇s Transmitting Model can he used for reference. For the question about which factors do play a decisive role in the process of marine news transmitting, Agenda Setting theory have provided a theoretical basis for us. At the same time more agendas about the ma- rine environment setting, as well about marine environment issue standing in the same important place with economy develop-ment, will he put into the practice of news report and should keep a good interaction with government and social public, which is the goal that the news media should endeavor to reach.
