重组禽流感病毒H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(H5N1,Re-4+Re-5)免疫肉鸽效果试验 被引量:1

摘要 随机选择1月龄以上肉鸽640只,进行分组隔离试验,分别注射0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0 mL重组禽流感病毒H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(H5N1,Re-4+Re-5),免疫后第3周,0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5 mL疫苗试验组肉鸽半数再进行同剂量第二次免疫。定期采集血样,应用血凝抑制试验方法检测禽流感抗体。结果表明:初次免疫,Re-4比Re-5抗体形成效果好,相对高出1个抗体滴度;第二次免疫,二者效果相近,都比初次免疫整体效果好。免疫1次,至少接种0.4 mL;免疫2次,至少接种0.3 mL,才能形成较好免疫效果。 640 pigeons of above one month old were randomly selected and grouped, men lsoiauon tests were mauc respectively inoculating 0. 2, 0. 3, 0. 4, 0. 5, 1. 0, 1. 5 and 2.0 mL recombinant avian influenza virus H5 subtype bivalent inactivated vaccine( H5N1 ,Re -4 + Re - 5 ). In the third week after the first immunization, the second same dose injection for half pigeon quantity of vaccine test groups with 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 mL was done. Blood samples were collected periodically, and avian influenza antibodies by hemagglutination -inhibition test method were detected. The results showed that Re -4 with a higher antibody titer was better than Re -5 for the first immunization; their effects were similar for the second immunization and the whole effect of the second immunization was better than the first immunization. In order to form a good immune effect, vaccine need to be inoculated for one - time immunization at least 0.4 mL and for two - time immunization at least 0.3 mL.
