摘要
民办高校行政管理能否实现法治化,关系着大众化教育能否真正实现依法治教。民办高校行政管理法治化包括民办高校行政管理主体法治化、行政管理行为法治化、行政监督法治化和行政救济法治化。四者有机统一,从而使民办行政管理相对人的权益得到有效保护,进一步促进民办高校合法有序运行。
The ride of law in private colleges＇ administrative management is related to the realization of teaching by law in popular education. The legal administrative management in private colleges includes legal administrative management subjectivity, legal administrative action, legal administrative supervision and legal administrative remedies. The four aspects are an organic unity so that the private administrative counterpart＇s rights and interests are effectively protected to further promote legal and orderly operation of private colleges.
