职业教育承担着基本职业能力培养的任务,国家提出要加快职业教育的发展,这个"发展"不仅仅意味着扩大办学规模,还意味着要提高教育质量。职业教育的课程改革必须以工作岗位职业能力为导向,以培养职业能力为核心来重建教学模式和教学手段,培养学生的创新精神和职业能力。

Vocational education undertaking basic vocational capacity-building task, the State proposes to speed up the development of vocational education. This ＂development＂ not only means simply expanding the size of school, but also means improving the quality of education.
