高校实验教学队伍建设的探索与改革

Exploration and Reformation on Team Construction of Laboratory Teaching Staffs in Colleges and Universities

对高校实验教学队伍建设中的历史状况和存在问题进行了分析。结合重庆大学对实验教学队伍建设采取的一系列改革措施,对进一步巩固改革成果,稳定实验教学队伍,提高实验教学人员的专业技能和综合素质,提出了相关建议,以期进一步提高高校实验教学质量,更好地满足经济、社会发展对应用型人才、复合型人才和拔尖创新人才的需要。

This paper analyzes the status and existing problems in construction of experiment teaching team in colleges and universities. Based on the measures of Chongqing University in the experimental teaching team, this paper gives some suggestions about how to further consolidate the reform achievement, stabilize team of experimental teaching and improve experimental teaching professional skills and comprehensive quality in order to further improve the experimental teaching quality and better fulfill the demand of economic and social development for applied and compound talents as well as outstanding creative talents.
