结合吉林师范大学图书馆的实际情况,分析高校图书馆外文文献利用率低的原因,并在其他学者的研究成果的基础上,探讨提高高校图书馆外文文献利用率的措施,以期使昂贵的外文资源在高校的科研和教学工作中发挥它应有的作用。

According to the actual situation of the library in Jilin Normal University, this paper analyzes the reasons for the low utilization rate of foreign resources and proposes some measures to increase the utilization rate of the foreign resources in university libraries, based on other scholars＇ findings in order to fully exploit the due function of expensive foreign resources in scientific research and teaching.
