家族企业代际传承中关系网络异化研究

Research on Relationship Network Dissimilation in Hereditary Succession in Family Firms

家族企业即使顺利完成所有权和控制权的代际传承,网络关系异化问题仍有可能导致其无法达到预期目的。关系网络的社会性、不可复制性和重构性是导致关系异化的诱因;网络密度、网络中心度和网络关系强度对关系异化产生影响。据此,提出了关系网络结构与代际传承关系网络异化概念模型,为家族企业代际传承研究提供新的视角。

Even if the hereditary succession in a family firm can be smoothly going in terms of ownership and control right,the relationship（Guanxi） dissimilation may still lead to the failure in achieving the desired aim.The research indicates that the social nature,no-copy nature and reconstructive nature of relationship network are the causes to lead to relationship dissimilation while the density,centrality and intensity of network have the impacts on relationship dissimilation.Accordingly,the concept models are proposed for relationship network structure and relationship network dissimilation in hereditary succession so as to provide a new perspective for the research on hereditary succession in family firms.
