北京城镇居民节能电器消费及节能效果分析

Analysis on Consumption of Energy-saving Electric Appliances and Energy-saving Effect among Beijing Urban Households

北京城乡居民生活总用电量逐年增长。2010年,北京城镇居民生活总用电量显著下降,其主要原因是用节能家用电器替代了部分旧的高能耗家用电器。2010年北京城镇居民节能家用电器的综合拥有率是22.27%,在北京市场上销售的电冰箱、空调、洗衣机、热水器中,节能产品的比例达到87.60%。未来北京发展低碳电器的重点在于大力推广低碳电冰箱和低碳洗衣机,以及加快制定低碳空调器标准,尽快推出和推广低碳空调器。

The total amount in both social electricity consumption and urban rural household electricity consumption has been increasing year by year in Beijing.But in 2010,the amount of urban household electricity consumption decreased in Beijing,mainly because of replacing old electric home appliances with energy-saving ones.The most important measure to save electricity in urban households is to promote the energy-saving electric home appliances.The composite penetration rate of energy-saving electric home appliances was 22.27% in urban household in Beijing in 2010.Among all sales of refrigerators,air conditioners,washing machines and water heaters in Beijing in 2010,energy-saving products accounted for 87.60%.The priority should be given to the development of low-carbon electric appliances：（i） promoting vigorously the low-carbon refrigerators and low-carbon washing machines;（ii） speeding up the criteria for low-carbon air conditioners in order to manufacture and sell the low-carbon air conditioners as soon as possible.
