关于中国发展林木生物质能源原料供给的思考

进入21世纪,人类经济、文化、社会发展步入新阶段,对能源的需求日益多样化、大量化。为了保障能源安全,实现可持续发展,世界各国持续加强对可再生能源的投入和研究。林木生物质能源作为新一代循环和环保型能源,逐渐受到更多地关注和重视。要发展林木生物质能源,一个很重要的方面就是保障原料的持续供给。作者就当前林木生物质能源发展的原料供给现状、特点、不足展开讨论,并针对性提出有关意见和建议,希望对有关部门制定林木生物质能源政策提供参考和借鉴。

Into the 21st century, human economic, cultural and social development have entered a new stage of the energy needs of an increasingly diverse. In order to ensure energy security and sustainable development, a large number of countries a- round the world continue to strengthen investment in renewable energy and research. Forest biomass, as a new generation of circulation and environment--friendly energy, gradually has gotten more concern and attention. To develop forest biomass en- ergy source, a very important aspect is to ensure the continuous supply of raw materials. This article discusses on the current raw material supply of forest biomass development status,characteristics and inadequacy , then it provides targeted comments and suggestions ,hoping to provide a reference for the relevant departments to formulate forest biomass energy policy.
