摘要
分析了大米在售后环境中,影响品质劣变的主要原因:温度、水分、气体成分改变和霉变,大米的品质劣变速度随着温度的增加,水分的升高,氧气浓度增加和霉菌数量的增加而加快。针对大米的这些储藏特性,设计出符合夏季高温高湿特点储藏大米的生态储粮桶。
In this paper the main factors which affect the quality deterioration of rice in after--sales environment had been analyzed. The rate of rice quality deterioration increases with the increase of temperature, moisture, oxygen concentrations and the number of mold. According to these storage characteristics of rice, the ecological stored grain barrels for the high moisture and high temperature in summer to store rice had been designed.
