摘要
高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,但是由于辅导员工作的特殊性及队伍建设机制不完善,辅导员队伍中依然存在着不少问题。运用心理动力学原理探索如何进一步发挥其工作的积极性、主动性和创造性具有重要的现实意义。按照心理动力学原理,需要提升辅导员的物质生存需要、升迁发展需要、爱和归属需要、尊重信任需要和自我实现需要的心理动力,给予辅导员足够的内部支撑和外部支持。为此,可通过把握优势需要、拓展职业发展空间、完善激励机制、建立情感支持系统等途径,提升辅导员的心理动力,从而进一步促进辅导员自身的发展和整个辅导员队伍的不断完善。
Counselors are the backbone force in the ideological and political education of college students. But there are many problems in the counselors because of the special nature of the work and the faulty development of the counselors. It's meaningful to explore how to give full play to their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity with the principle of psychodynamics. We should promote the needs of survival, promotion, love, belonging, respect and self-fulfillment to provide the outside and initial support. So, we can improve the psychological dynamics by grasping the advanced needs, expanding the career development, improving the incentive mechanism and establishing the emotional support so as to promote the development of the counselors and make the whole team perfect.
