野战部队官兵心理健康状况及影响因素调查

An investigation about the psychological health conditions and its influential factors of combat troops

目的探讨官兵心理健康状况及影响因素,为部队心理健康教育工作提供依据。方法采用整群分层抽样的方法,抽取某部1435名官兵为研究对象,运用90项症状清单(SCL-90)对其进行心理健康状况评估和影响因素分析。结果①官兵心理问题发生率为26.2%,主要分布在强迫、人际敏感、敌对、躯体化和偏执等因子上;官兵SCL-90总分、阳性项目数及各因子分均显著低于中国军人常模,除躯体化和精神病性因子外,其它均显著低于中国成人常模;②对官兵心理健康影响因素的多元线性回归分析表明,官兵心理健康状况与习惯、战友关系自评、家庭组成、父亲文化程度呈显著性线性相关关系,是官兵心理健康的主要影响因素。结论官兵整体心理健康状况良好,但也存在一定的心理问题,有必要对重点人群进行早期干预。

Objective To investigate the psychological health conditions and their influential factors of combat troops and provide the basis for mental health education in soldiers. Methods One thousand, four hundred and thirty-five soldiers were enrolled in this study by stratified sampling. Symptom Check List 90 was used to assess the psychological health conditions. Results 1） 26.2% of soldiers suffered from psychological problems, manifested in the factors of obsession, sensitive interpersonal relationship, hostility, somatization, and paranoid. The total, the number of positive items and the mean score of positive items of the soldiers were significantly lower than Chinese servicemen＇s norms. All factors, except for somatization and psychotic, were significantly lower than normal Chinese norms. 2） By linear regression analysis, in all influential factors, habit, relationship, family, education of father was strong positively correlated with the psychological health conditions of combat troops. They were regarded as the main influential factors. Conclusion The psychological health conditions of combat troops are good. The group which was suffered from some psychological problems would be intervened early.
