妇科液基薄层制片技术和传统宫颈刮片技术对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对宁夏回族自治区中卫市中医医院进行宫颈液基细胞检查进行回顾性分析,探讨妇科液基薄层制片技术和传统宫颈刮片技术的优缺点。方法将该院2011年1月至2012年3月320例体检者的宫颈细胞学检查分别采用液基薄层涂片技术和传统宫颈刮片技术制成的涂片进行固定、染色、镜检,并进行对比分析。结果妇科液基薄层制片技术样本无需多次转移,操作环节少,可以去除黏液、红细胞等杂质,制成优质薄片,涂片内细胞分布均匀,图像清晰,便于阅片。与传统方法相比,不遗漏病变细胞,低度鳞状上皮内病变检出率提高了63.4%,高度鳞状上皮内病变检出率提高了60.1%,同时降低了52.9%的不满意标本。传统宫颈刮片涂片厚,细胞重叠,视野不清,难于发现和辨别细胞,阳性率低,漏检率高。结论液基薄层涂片技术在妇科疾病的诊断方面更优于传统宫颈刮片技术,值得在临床检验工作中推广。
