人性化护理在肿瘤放疗患者临床护理中的运用研究

Application study of humane nursing intervention in the clinical care of patients with cancer radiotherapy

目的分析人性化护理在肿瘤放疗患者临床护理中的运用，评价其疗效，探讨其临床适用性。方法选择于我院住院的200例肿瘤患者，随机分为实验组和对照组各100例，对照组患者放疗后实施常规护理措施，实验组患者放疗后给予人性化护理措施。采用SF-36生活质量量表进行生活质量调查，观察放疗后3个月比较不同护理措施实施后患者的生活质量的得分情况；同时进行两组患者对护士满意度的比较。结果实验组与对照组在放疗结束3个月后，实验组生活质量评价得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p〈0．05），两组患者对护士满意度实验组明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论人性化护理可以改善肿瘤患者放疗后的生活质量，同时可以改善护患关系，有助于临床工作的顺利进行，适合临床长期推广应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the application curative effect of humane intervention in clinical care of patients with tumor radiotherapy, and explore its clinical applicability. Methods 200 cases of cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and a control group with 100 cases for each group, the control group patients after radiotherapy received routine care measures, the experimental group patients after radiotherapy were given humane care measures. Quality of life （QOL） questionnaire SF-36 was used to carry out QOL survey, the patient＇s QOL scores were observed by different care measures 3 months after radiotherapy; simultaneous comparison of the two groups to patients＇ satisfaction degree to nurses.Results Experimental and control groups in the 3 months after the end of radiotherapy, the experimental group, the QOL evaluation score was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the nurse satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Humane nursing intervention care can improve the QOL of cancer patients after radiotherapy, improve the nurse- patient relationship, and to contribute to the smooth conduct of the clinical work, which is worthy for clinical application.
