优质护理服务对改善消化内科住院患者焦虑抑郁情绪的效果分析

目的探讨优质护理服务对消化内科住院患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法选择2011年5月至2012年2月在我院消化内科住院治疗的136例消化内科住院患者作为研究对象，运用随机数字表法将人组患者分为常规护理组和护理干预组，常规护理组仅给予一般常规护理，护理干预组则在常规护理组基础上给予优质护理服务，比较常规护理组和护理干预组患者焦虑抑郁情绪的差异。结果经过2周的观察，常规护理组和护理干预组焦虑标准分分别为（51．01±5．96）和（47．93±6．03），常规护理组和护理干预组患者焦虑情绪标准分差异有统计学意义（t=-4．249，P〈0．05）护理干预组和常规护理组抑郁标准分分别为（52．40±4．70）和（50．01±5．84），2组患者抑郁情绪标准分差异有统计学意义（t=-3．719，P〈0．05）。结论通过对消化内科住院患者开展优质护理活动明显改善了患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪，有利于改善患者的预后。

Conclusion Based on the digestion of inpatients in Department of internal medicine for quality care activities significantly improved in patients with anxiety and depression, To improve the prognosis of the patients.
