摘要
简要介绍了永磁电动机磁钢装配装置的结构、组成及磁钢的装配工作过程。该装置具有加工简单、制造成本低、使用安全、可靠、便捷等优点。该装置的应用提高了磁钢装配的生产效率,加快了电动机生产过程。该装置用来将磁钢装入磁钢燕尾槽内,为永磁电动机磁钢装配提供了一种安全、可靠、便捷的方法。
The composition and the magnet steel installation work process of permanent magnetism electric motor magnet steel assembly installment were introduced. The installment has the characteristics of simple processing, low production cost, and using safe, reliable, convenient and so on. It has enhanced the magnet steel assembly production efficiency, speeded up the electric motor production process.
