摘要
通过爆炸焊接参数的确定,成功地实现了17mm厚铬青铜与碳钢的焊接,一次接合率达到98%以上。铬青铜复合板代替纯铬青铜作为电阻焊的电极平台,可降低制造成本50%以上,并提高了电极铜平台的表面质量和使用寿命,从而保证了车辆侧墙外表面的点焊质量。
The paper successfully achieved the welding of the 17 mm chromium-bronze and the carbon steel, the first combination rate above 98% by determining the explosive welding parameters. The replacement of the pure-bronze by chro- mium-bronze, as the resistance welding, enables the reduction of the manufacture costs above 50%, and also improves the electrode platform surface quality & life-span. The improvement of the platform surface quality guarantees the point welding quality of the vehicle side wall surface.
