摘要 整体叶轮是发动机的关键部件,叶轮加工是影响发动机性能的一个重要环节。叶轮加工常常是对在一个毛坯上的叶片和轮毂进行整体加工,其加工难点在于流道和叶片,而且对刀具空间、刀尖点位和刀轴方位也要精确控制,并合理使用刀具。针对整体叶轮数控加工的特点和难点,本文系统地提出了基于UG的数控仿真方案及其步骤,对整体叶轮进行数控加工刀具轨迹仿真,成功获得无干涉刀具轨迹、实体仿真结果和五轴数控加工的NC程序。 As a key component of the engine, the processing of whole impeller affects greatly on the performance of the engine. Impeller processing is often the whole processing of leaves and wheel in a blank, its processing difficulty lies in blade and runner, cutting tools space, the tip of points and knife shaft position should also to be controlled accurately and tools should swing reasonably. According to the characteristics and the difficulty of whole impeller in the process of NC machi- ning, this paper put forward the schemes and steps of NC simulation systematically based on UG. In the NC machining sire ulation of the tool path, no interference of the tool path, simulation results and NC program of 5-axis CNC processing were obtained successfully.
