摘要
针对传统加工锯齿形螺纹的问题,提出了在数控车床上加工螺纹的新加工方法,并借助宏程序的应用特点,编制出切实可行的加工程序。在机械加工中,螺纹加工是极其重要的组成部分,其中普通螺纹、梯形螺纹的加工较为常见,锯齿形螺纹的加工则比较少见也比较复杂。本文介绍了锯齿形螺纹数控切削的宏程序再现。
Focused on the problems occurred when machining buttress thread with traditional ways, new way of machi- ning thread on CNC was presented, and with the characters of micro program, feasible machining program was gotten. In the machining, thread machining is the most important part, among of that, normal screw and trapezoidal thread are normal, and buttress thread machining is infrequent, which belong to special thread and is complicated for machining. The paper introduced reproduction of macro program in buttress thread NC turning.
