摘要
针对空投过程中空投系统、载机以及降落和着陆过程中的空投适应性限制,进行空投适应性设计,建立了完善的空投适应性设计体系,明确了空投适应性的一般要求以及试验要求。在此架构下针对具体机型,进行了地面模拟冲击试验,分析了试验结果,并提出了改进方案。通过改进减振设备并开展第2次地面冲击试验,试验结果为电子设备机柜上测量点最大过载降为7.4g,满足了车辆空投适应性要求,保证了顺利空投以及空投后车辆及车载武器装备性能精度无损伤。
The paper introduced design of adaptability aimed at airdrop system, plane and landing limitation in airdrop procedure, put forward perfect adaptability system design for airdrop, made clear of general and tests requirements. Based on this structure, the paper analyzed the tests results aimed at specific plane type and put forward improving program after carrying out 2 times of land simulation shock tests, After improving shock-absorbing equipment and carrying out the second test, the max overload at the testing point of electrical equipment cabinet reduces to 7.4 g, which can meet the requirements of vehicle airdrop adaptability and guarantee the success airdrop and no damage to vehicle weapon performance accuracy.
