摘要
传统机床主轴中采用传动部件摩擦离合器来达到使机床平稳起动的目的。由于摩擦离合器一直处于机械磨损状态,造成动力传递力矩缓慢丧失,因此,每隔2~3个月都需进行上紧摩擦离合器的调整,以保证机床正常工作;又因为机床的加工动力通常都选得很大,而实际加工中轻小负载居多,所以造成机床在使用过程中经常性处于"大马拉小车"的状态,造成能源浪费。本文针对上述缺陷,采用软起节能运行制动器,控制重型齿轮传动数控机床主轴的动力电动机,采用微计算机芯片控制其起动、运行及制动全部过程,达到柔软起动、节能运行及快速制动的目的。
The traditional machine tools spindle adopt dirve parts clutch to reach a smooth start purpose. Because clutch has been in the mechanical wear condition, power transmission torque has showed slow loss, so every 2 - 3 months, adjusting the tightening clutch will be need in order to make the machine work. And because its power is usually selected greatly, and practical processing small and light load are common, so energy wasting phenomenon always occurred. This paper fo- cused on the above defects, with a soft start energy-saving operation brake control for heavy gear drive of NC machine tool spindle power motor, to realizing the purpose of using micro computer chip control the start up, operation, brake process, a soft start, energy saving operation, and fast braking.
