摘要
探讨骨膜肋间肌瓣在胸段食管成形术中的作用。方法 采用成年杂种犬 12条 ,体重 15~ 2 0kg。切除部分第 7肋骨 ,将保留的骨膜和附着上下的肋间肌修整成带血管蒂的骨膜肌瓣 ,以此组织修复缺损的食管壁。结果 12条犬生存 10条 ,存活均超过 3个月。术后 2个月进食 ,活动与正常犬一样。
Objective: To evaluate the role of osteoperio-intercostal muscle flap in esophagoplasty. Method: Twelve adult mongrel dogs, weighing 15 to 20 kg, were used. After a segment of the seventh rib was removed, the residual rib membrane with connective intercostal muscles was cut into a pedicle flap for repairing esophageal defect. Results: 10 of 12 dogs were alive over 3 months, and these animals were as same as the normal control in diet and activity 2 months after operation. Conclusion: Experimental study suggests that the pedical muscle flap is an effective material in esophagoplasty.
