摘要
以门锁面板数控加工为例,结合多年模具加工经验,利用德国爱德华三坐标测量机设备对门锁产品进行反求,获得点云数据。运用Cimatron软件进行三维曲面的构建,转换为实体并进行分模,最后对该模具进行编程加工。本文详细地介绍了逆向工程在五金模具中的应用,对模具技术人员有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
Took the door lock panel CNC machining for example, and combined with many years of experience in mold processing, German Edward three coordinate measuring instrument measuring device for door lock products reversing was used to get to the point cloud data, and by using Cimatron software for 3D surface construction, and converting to solid and parting, at the end, did program machining for the mold. This paper introduced the application of reverse engineering in the metal mold, and has certain reference meaning and functions for mold technicist.
