Application of Cimatron Software based on Reverse Engineering Synergy

以门锁面板数控加工为例,结合多年模具加工经验,利用德国爱德华三坐标测量机设备对门锁产品进行反求,获得点云数据。运用Cimatron软件进行三维曲面的构建,转换为实体并进行分模,最后对该模具进行编程加工。本文详细地介绍了逆向工程在五金模具中的应用,对模具技术人员有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
