摘要
水基动力无杆抽油机是一种利用液压传递实现驱动采油泵工作的新型采油系统,系统效率高,节能效果显著。基于水基动力无杆抽油机,设计了一种状态监测及故障诊断系统。该系统采用上、下位机结构,采用传感器采集系统参数,通过实时和远程数据传输的方法,借助系统数据输入状态监测及故障诊断专家系统,进行水基动力无杆抽油机的状态监测及故障诊断。本文对系统功能、硬件组成、工作原理和软件设计做了详细的论述,该系统满足了对水基动力无杆抽油机进行状态监测及故障诊断的需求,应用智能化、自动化的设备状态及故障的分析判别方式,改变了传统的由专业人员进行设备状态及故障的分析判别方式,便于工业现场实际应用。
Water base power rodless oil pumping machine is a kind of using hydraulic transmission to realize driving pump oil production system,it has high system efficiency and obvious energy saving effects. Based on it,a kind of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system was designed. The system adopted upper and lower position machine structure, through the sensor data acquisition system parameters and the method of real time and remote data transmission, put data in- to system, then did machine state monitoring and fault diagnosis. The system function, hardware structure, working princi- ple and software design were discussed in details, the system can meet the water base power rodless oil pumping machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis requirements, application of intelligent automation equipment state and fault analy- sis discriminant method changed the tradition carried on by the professional personnel and equipment condition fault analysis and discriminant method, and is convenient for industrial field application.
