老年上颌骨缺损赝复体修复的临床效果

Effect of maxillofacial prosthesis for elderly patients with maxillary defect

目的观察老年上颌骨缺损赝复体修复的临床效果。方法对35例上颌骨缺损老年患者进行赝复体修复治疗,比较治疗前后患者的咀嚼效率和语音清晰度。结果修复前患者的咀嚼效率为(38.36±12.54)%,修复1个月后为(60.21±17.33)%,修复后患者的咀嚼效率显著高于修复前(P<0.05);修复前患者的语音清晰度为(40.19±11.78)%,修复1个月后为(79.58±16.67)%,修复后患者的语音清晰度显著高于修复前(P<0.05)。结论上颌骨缺损赝复体修复能显著改善老年上颌骨缺损患者的咀嚼和发音功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of maxillofacial prosthesis for elderly patients with maxillary defect.Methods Thirty-five elderly patients with maxillary defect were treated with prosthesis,the masticatory efficiency and speech intelligibility were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment and one month after treatment,the masticatory efficiency was（38.36±12.54）% and（60.21±17.33）%,respectively.The masticatory efficiency after renovation was significantly higher than that before renovation（P0.05）.Before treatment and one month after treatment,the speech intelligibility was（40.19±11.78）% and（79.58±16.67）%,respectively.The speech intelligibility after renovation was significantly higher than that before renovation（P0.05）.Conclusion Maxillofacial prosthesis can significantly improve the manducation and pronunciation in elderly patients with maxillary defect.
