目的 探索髌骨严重粉碎性骨折的内固定方法。方法 应用手术缝合丝线固定骨折的碎骨块。结果 2 0例伤骨术后取得满意的疗效。结论 丝线缝合固定是治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的一种好方法。

Objective\ To explore a internal fixation approach to therapy severely comminuted fractures of the patella.Methods\ Twenty patients with severely comminuted fractures in patella were treated by silk suture to fix fracture fragments.Results\ Post-operation,all of the patients had a satisfactory recover.Conclusion\ Silk suture to fix is recommended as an effective therapy to comminuted fracture of the patella.
