急性脑血管病血和脑脊液中精氨酸加压素含量变化的意义

Arginine Vasopressin in acute cerebrovascular diseases

目的 探讨精氨酸加压素与急性脑血管病的关系。方法 采用放射免疫法 ,对 82例急性脑血管病患者和 40例正常人的血浆和脑脊液中精氨酸加压素 (AVP)含量进行测定。结果 患者血浆和脑脊液中AVP含量均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 0 1) ,且与病情和颅内压呈正相关 ,以脑脊液更加明显。结论 脑脊液中AVP含量水平可以反映脑血管病脑组织的损害程度和脑水肿严重程度。这对疾病预后评估有重要意义。

Objective\ To explore the changes in arginine vasopressin (AVP) of acute cerebrovascular diseases.Methods\ Blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) levels of arginine vasopressin in 82 cases of acute cerebrovascular diseases and 40 age-matched normal persons were determined with radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results\ The result showed that both the plasma and CSF levels of AVP in patiants with cerebrovascular diseases were higher (P<0.01 and P<0.001)than that in the control group.The amout of bleeding was positively correlated with the increase of plasma and CSF level of AVP.Conclusion\ The result suggests that the levels of AVP in CSF might reflect the seriousness of the Cerebral injury and cerebral edema in acute cerebrovascular diseases,and have prognostic value
